4OTC has integrated its Libre Liquidity Bridge with TP ICAP’s Fusion Digital Assets exchange, allowing liquidity providers to stream spot cryptocurrency liquidity to the venue.
London's trading industry is coming home!
The integration follows TP ICAP’s expansion of Fusion Digital Assets under its matched principal model. In April, Finance Magnates reported that crypto market maker B2C2 had joined the venue as a liquidity provider under the new structure.
Separately, 4OTC’s Libre Liquidity Bridge was connected to LMAX Exchange in 2024 to support low-latency FX liquidity streaming.
Fusion Digital Assets Expands Crypto Coverage
The connection gives liquidity providers a route to Fusion Digital Assets without requiring them to develop a direct exchange API connection. 4OTC said its technology supports low-latency price distribution and execution.
Under the matched principal model, participants can trade without prefunding and face TP ICAP as the intermediary. The structure is intended to reduce counterparty and operational requirements while improving capital efficiency for participants.

The model also supports an expansion of the assets and currencies available on Fusion Digital Assets.
The exchange supports USDC and has expanded its cryptoasset coverage to include SOL. It also plans to add further fiat currency pairs and, in the future, tokenised real-world assets.
Alexis Atkinson, Co-Founder at 4OTC, said the connection was part of the firm’s work to provide connectivity infrastructure for institutional digital asset trading.
Atkinson said, “Digital asset trading is maturing fast,” adding that the company’s focus was on providing institutional participants with “trusted and reliable connectivity infrastructure”.
TP ICAP Outlines Digital Asset Connectivity
Alongside the asset expansion, the venue is extending its operating hours in response to institutional demand. Trading will move from 23 hours a day, five days a week, to continuous weekday trading, with weekend coverage planned for a later stage.
Chay Pollard, Director of Digital Assets Electronic Broking at TP ICAP, said the partnership would allow liquidity providers to connect to Fusion Digital Assets through 4OTC’s Libre service “without the need to undertake any exchange API development work”.
Pollard added that the partnership reflected TP ICAP’s focus on bringing the “standards, connectivity and market structure of traditional wholesale markets into digital assets.”
