Prime of Prime Value
Anthony Brocco, CEO, Advanced Markets
It is truly a conflict of interest to operate any other way
The growth of the PoP space reflects the needs of retail brokers, following the radical changes that the SNB crisis has created in the FX market structure in January 2015.
Anthony Brocco, Advanced Markets Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), explains the role Advanced Markets plays in the PoP space:
“We been around for over 10 years, and before it was 'sexy' to say that a company is 'STP', or 'DMA' or 'Agency' - that was our model. We were doing this from the very beginning and never wavered, as I felt that it is truly a conflict of interest to operate any other way. Since we have always had this model, and only this model, we have been able to refine and perfect it."
Mr. Brocco, who will be present at the CEOs Roundtable panel early on November 15th, has added that “many out there that make the same claims, but less than a true handful that actually exhibit it. The value that we have offered the banks consistently over these many years have led to relationships that afford us tolerances other do not see.
"We have always offered and committed to these bank relationships 100% of the order flow, and they, in turn, have made tremendous commitments back to us. We are able to pass on that value that we have earned on to our clients," he concluded.
The Event
The London Summit is the largest trading industry conference in Europe. Held for the fifth consecutive year, the event includes a top notch networking session (the signature 'Blitz'), two floors of exhibition, and panel discussions with dozens of speakers from leading firms which analyze and debate recent trends and market events such as FX jobs in banks, Regulation in FX ahead of MIFID II, and advanced technology.
Finance Magnates is the world’s only multi-asset online/electronic trading knowledge hub. Using a powerful triangle of news, research and events, Finance Magnates caters to the needs of the entire global trading industry.

Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav: Solving Data Fragmentation & Lag for Brokers & Prop Firms
Altima CTO Sunil Jadhav sits down with Finance Magnates to discuss the core technology challenges facing CFD brokers and proprietary trading firms today.
Jadhav explains how the industry's reliance on batch processing and fragmented systems (where CRMs, risk tools, and trading platforms operate with separate 'sources of truth') leads to delayed data and inconsistent operational decisions. He argues that real-time event processing is essential for managing fast-moving trading activity and risk.
Learn how Altima's unified, event-driven architecture, connecting Altima CRM, Altima Prop, IB systems, and risk management through a single backbone, is designed to provide synchronous data and better operational coordination for modern brokerage and prop firm stacks.
Key Topics:
- Broker and Prop Firm Data Challenges
- The problem of delayed data processing (batch processing vs. real-time events)
- Fragmented systems and conflicting data sources
- Altima's unified, event-driven solution architecture
- The concept of a "risk-aware CRM"
- Built-in risk management in Altima Prop
