Bulgarian Deltastock has announced that they have launched DTMobile, a mobile based version of their newly released Delta Trading 6 trading platform. What is interesting about this product, is that unlike other mobile versions that are available as a downloadable app, DTMobile is a web-based platform, customized for mobile browsers. The benefit is that the platform is available across all mobile operating systems.
I took a quick test drive of the product with an older android phone with a small screen. My initial review was that the platform loaded up quickly and was easy to use. The news and charts specifically looked crisp. However, as a web-based version, it was a little clunky and lacked the crispness that a native app provides. But as a product to quickly check prices and news, it was more than satisfactory. As such, it will be interesting to see what user feedback from live clients will be and whether power users will be requesting an app to be built.
New Mobile Trading Platform by Deltastock
Less than a month after Deltastock offered to its clients the new Delta Trading 6 desktop platform, the company is introducing DTMobile, a platform for trading the financial markets, designed for use on mobile devices.
Sofia, Bulgaria (15 March 2013) – Stylish and intuitive, the new DTMobile platform gives the ability to trade on the move to users of mobile devices running Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, Symbian and other operating systems. Even though it is designed for use on mobile devices, the platform features a rich functionality, which is characteristic of desktop trading platforms.
DTMobile features a modern and clean user interface which makes it easy to use by traders of all skill levels.
The fast quotes and accurate charts provide real-time information, helping traders predict price movements of financial instruments, with the option of choosing different time frames and chart types. The ability to place multiple types of orders (market, limit, stop, OCO), place limit/stops to a position as well as cancel ECN orders ensures an effective trading experience.
As it is with the other versions of Delta Trading, DTMobile offers free market data: live Reuters news feed, daily technical analyses and economic calendar. For now, the interface is in English, but support in 6 additional languages is expected in the very near future.
