CMC Markets has just announced that it is adding its offering to the QuantHouse qh API Ecosystem. The move opens access to the independent global provider’s market data feeds and enables trading via API-based technologies.
The Institutional division of CMC Markets is offering a wide multi-asset product range that includes equities, equity indices, FX and commodity derivatives, etc. The company has been servicing banks, hedge funds and brokerages who are providing toothier clients wholesale access to CMC’s Direct API, Prime API and various front end platforms.
Commenting on the announcement, the Institutional Sales Manager of CMC Markets, Anthony Edwards, said: “Our clients have been asking us to give them the ability to access additional asset classes, so with this in mind we have been developing our new CMC Prime platforms and API technology. This will allow our institutional counterparties to directly access an extended range of instruments, all from a single provider.”
