Centroid Solutions, a provider of multi-asset connectivity and execution solutions for financial institutions, has formed a partnership with X Securities, an AI-driven hedge fund specialising in systematic trading across equities, FX, commodities, and alternative assets.
Centroid previously partnered with FYNXT to provide multi-asset connectivity for brokers. That deal allowed brokers to access Centroid’s connectivity engine, risk management systems, and trading infrastructure.
X Securities Liquidity Integration
Under the agreement, X Securities will use Centroid’s connectivity engine, CS 360, to distribute its liquidity to brokers connected to the platform. This will give brokers access to liquidity across multiple asset classes.

Cristian Vlasceanu, CEO of Centroid Solutions, said the partnership combines “top tier liquidity counterparties with our advanced technology and robust infrastructure” to give brokers “access [to] a new tier of liquidity and execution efficiency.”
Routing Liquidity to Brokers
The integration will allow X Securities to route its proprietary liquidity directly into the Centroid broker network, expanding its reach. Brokers connected to CS 360 will be able to access deeper, multi-asset liquidity originating from a systematic fund.
Platform Architecture and Benefits
Centroid’s modular architecture is designed to support the onboarding of liquidity providers such as X Securities. This is intended to allow brokers faster access to differentiated flows and potentially improve execution quality, cost efficiency, and risk-adjusted performance.
X Securities Distribution Channel
For X Securities, the collaboration provides a distribution channel to institutional clients. The company aims to monetise its liquidity strategy across a wider broker network, reduce latency, and optimise flow exposure.
Farzin Vajihi, CEO of X Securities, said the partnership enables the firm to deliver liquidity “to a wider network of institutional firms with the speed, precision, and reliability they require.” He added that clients will benefit from “faster execution, more accurate pricing, and a seamless connection to an AI-driven liquidity provider.”
