  • All the traffic to the broker’s website homepage is now being redirected to a login dashboard.
  • The website shows a "cannot create account" message during new onboarding attempts.

BDSwiss appears to have shuttered its offshore operations. Its global website, registered with the Seychelles regulator, is no longer working and is redirecting traffic to a login dashboard page. The broker is also not allowing new account creation, displaying the message “cannot create account.”

The branding on the login dashboard page is also different as BDS Markets, not BDSwiss. It has been operating under the BDS Markets brand for some time.

No Homepage, No New Account. No More Business?

The exit appears to be recent, as, according to archived pages, the BDSwiss homepage was working at least until 15 May 2026.

On the Seychelles Financial Services Registry, however, BDSwiss still remains active, meaning the broker still holds its offshore licence.

BDSwiss also obtained a Category 5 licence from the UAE’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in 2024, which allowed the broker to promote its products and services in the country and onboard traders to its offshore unit. However, the status of that licence remains unclear, as the CMA register shows no licensing details or registered director or employee details.

Finance Magnates tried to contact BDSwiss to find out the status of the business, but the press email also bounced.

The Fall of a Big Brand

Once a big brand in the contracts for differences (CFDs) space, BDSwiss made its name operating from Cyprus. It obtained a licence from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) in mid-2013, but it was suspended in late 2024 and then completely withdrawn a few months later, ending its presence on the island.

In 2024, Finance Magnates also reported on a mass staff exodus from BDSwiss’s Cyprus office.

BDSwiss, however, had already stopped offering services to retail traders under its Cyprus licence well before the suspension. It also rebranded its corporate and brand name to Viverno after a €100,000 fine in 2023 for lapses concerning initial margin and risk warnings.

Many self-claimed BDSwiss clients, meanwhile, took to Trustpilot to share their alleged recent unpleasant experiences with the broker. Multiple people claimed that BDSwiss, without their consent, transferred their balances with the broker to TheCopperClub, which appears to be offering copper trading without any regulatory licence.

The broker’s Trustpilot profile page has been bombarded with negative reviews about withdrawals, leaving it with a TrustScore of 2.1, which is labelled ‘Poor’.
