PayPal’s deal with MoneyGram allows account holders to withdraw cash at MoneyGram locations
In an initiative aimed at facilitating unbanked Americans, by making it easier for them to put money into and take money out of their PayPal accounts during money transfer processes abroad, they can now use MoneyGram sites to collect cash withdrawal after initiating the action using their mobiles.
“This new service will provide an even greater level of flexibility, convenience and value to existing PayPal users,” says Mark Lavelle, SVP, strategy and business development at PayPal.
Towards the end of the month, customers will also be able to put money into their accounts at certain MoneyGram locations in San Francisco, New York and Dallas with more site options to become available thereafter.
