Online payment leader PayPal has undergone a revamp and redesign of its now iconic logo.
In the 15 years since its launch PayPal has redesigned its company logo twice already, with the later one getting a facelift to a more condensed font to support high resolution screens and smart devices.
The new logo is not as far off as the previous one, with two overlapping “P”s resting atop one another. The color scheme has changed to a darker blue with turquoise. The new logo is also more silhouette based to prevent the “parking sign” look of the previous logo.

The redesign comes shortly after Carl Ichan’s proposal of spinning off PayPal as a standalone firm away from mother company eBay.
The new logo to which a new marketing campaign will shortly follow was designed by fuseproject.
