Recently, Finance Magnates learned that Pavel Spirin was promoted by Scope Markets to Chief Executive Officer. His LinkedIn profile mentions that in his new role, he is the Group B2C (retail) division lead.

James Donovan Joins Saxo Markets as Global Head of Preferred Broker

Saxo Markets has named James Donovan as the new Global Head of Preferred Broker with immediate effect. According to Wednesday's press release, Donovan will be in charge of navigating the company's Preferred Broker campaign.

Donovan will be responsible for developing the Preferred Broker program and realizing its potential in the face of high demand for the service. He will be located in London and report directly to Adam Seagrave, the Global Head of Sales and Trading at Saxo Markets.

StoneX Digital Hires Matthew Ardizzone as Digital Asset MD

StoneX Digital LLC has hired Matthew Ardizzone as the Managing Director of Digital Assets. Announced late Tuesday, he is based in New York and will report to Brian Mulcahy, the Chief Operating Officer of the Digital Asset Division.

Last June, StoneX Group launched StoneX Digital to strengthen its offerings in the digital asset market. It provides digital asset trading tools and market access to institutional clients.

FINRA Head of Enforcement, Jessica Hopper, to Exit after 18 Years

Jessica Hopper, the Head of Enforcement at FINRA is set to depart from the company on February 3 after 18 years. The self-regulatory organization announced Hopper's planned exit on Tuesday.

Additionally, FINRA disclosed that Christopher Kelly, the Senior VP and Deputy Head of Enforcement, will temporarily take over from Hopper in an acting capacity for the division.

Further, in a statement, Robert Cook, FINRA’s President and CEO, praised Hopper's contributions towards investor protection and ensuring continued market integrity.

Admirals' Roman Krutyanskiy Joins MultiBank Group as Chief BDO

Roman Krutyanskiy has joined MultiBank Group as its new Chief Business Development Officer. Krutyanskiy announced his new role on Monday through LinkedIn.

Krutyanskiy’s new position arrives two months after he resigned from Admirals where he performed for more than 11 years in several senior roles including as a Management Board Member, Chief Service Officer and Country Manager. He joined Admirals in August 2011 in a sales role.

KX has appointed John Hoffman as the new Chief Revenue Officer. Hoffman brings over two decades of industry experience, joining from Google where he parted as Head of Sales for the Data and Analytics department.

According to Monday's press release, the new CRO will be in charge of the company's sales for all products and the expansion of kdb+, the company's flagship product, which is one of the fastest time series databases and real-time analytics engines.

Credit Suisse Appoints Aurélien Gleyze as Head of FX Spot for EMEA

Credit Suisse has appointed Aurélien Gleyze, who was previously a former Director and Co-Head of Electronic Macro Trading, as its new Head of FX Spot for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

This appointment comes after Gleyze spent over two years in the former appointment.

The executive, who announced his new position on Friday through LinkedIn, joined Credit Suisse in June 2014 as a Fixed Income Summer Analyst.
