and Svyaznoy Bank, where he oversaw major technology upgrades.

Gillespie, a financial markets professional with 35 years of experience, to
lead its sales and business development efforts across the UK and EMEA.

Nomura Group, where he was responsible for digital asset and FX sales to
institutional clients.
Lastly, Pepperstone, the Australia-based forex and CFDs broker, has
