Dun Li has shared on LinkedIn that he is beginning a new role as Head of Asia at Scope Markets.
In his announcement, Li expressed his excitement about this new opportunity. He wrote: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Asia at Scope Markets!”
Leadership Change at Scope Markets
Prior to this position, Li worked at Exinity as AVP of Business Development for the Asia region for a period of seven months. Before that, he spent over eight years at Hantec Markets. During his time there, he held the role of Sales Director for the Asia Pacific region for nearly three years, following his earlier position as Business Development Manager for almost six years.
Li’s career also includes experience at ETX Capital, where he worked as a Sales Trader, and at Alpari (UK) Ltd, where he held the position of Sales FX & CFD, focusing on the Chinese-speaking market.
Meanwhile, Siri Porncharoenrit has moved to Scope Markets as the Country Manager, based in Bangkok, Thailand. According to her LinkedIn profile, she has held the same role at Exinity for seven months.
Previously, Porncharoenrit worked at Hantec Markets, serving as the Country Manager for Thailand for over three years. Her earlier roles included Business Development Executive and Account Manager.
Scope Prime Expands Team with New Appointments
Scope Prime, the institutional liquidity division of the Rostro Group, has continued to expand its team with the appointment of Gaby Kanj, an industry veteran with over thirty years of experience. In his new role, Kanj will oversee Scope Prime’s operations in the Middle East and North Africa, focusing on strengthening the company’s client relationships in the region, as reported by Finance Magnates.
This appointment follows the recent hiring of Lochlan White, the former EMEA Chief Commercial Officer of 26 Degrees, who joined Scope Prime in a similar role with a global remit. Other notable appointments at Scope Prime include Andrew Taylor as Head of APAC and Mirian Rostian as Head of Southeast Asia.
