Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Vancouver-based Sea to Sky Equities, an independent advisory practice working with early stage companies. Fletcher will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-faceted strategy to drive sustainable long-term growth and optimize the TSXV client experience for all issuers and investors, in line with TSXV's important public interest mandate.
His main focus areas will include advancing the stakeholder-driven TSXV revitalisation initiative, expanding the scope of Canada's early stage capital formation ecosystem to better support innovative entrepreneurs from all sectors and deploying new technologies and digital strategies to more efficiently serve the marketplace.
Fletcher will report to Ungad Chadda, President, Capital Formation, Equity Capital Markets, TMX Group. His employment is effective from 31 October.
