Trade Capital Names Andrea Peratitis Chief Compliance Officer

Trade Capital Holding Ltd, which operates several trading and investment brands worldwide, has selected Andrea Peratitis to take on the role of its Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Peratitis has been in the same role with Trade Capital’s subsidiary Lead Capital Markets since April 2018.

In her new role, Peratitis will be based out of the group’s Cyprus office, and she begins immediately. She will be tasked with ‎ensuring ‎adherence to the relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines by which the ‎firm is bound. Given the increasingly global nature of the business and a ‎‎regulatory landscape that is constantly evolving, this is a greater challenge ‎‎now than ever before.‎

Peratitis brings over five years of experience to the role, having worked in multiple sectors such as brokerage, investment, and banking, among others.

According to her Linkedin profile, Ms. Peratitis still maintains her current position as Head of Compliance/ MLCO with LeadCapital Markets. Earlier last year, the company was fined by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) for operating an office in Romania without the necessary approvals.
