Trade Capital Holding Ltd, which operates several trading and investment brands worldwide, has selected Andrea Peratitis to take on the role of its Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Peratitis has been in the same role with Trade Capital’s subsidiary Lead Capital Markets since April 2018.
Headquartered in Cyprus, Trade Capital Holding Ltd maintains branches and representative offices spreading across Europe, South Africa, and Asia. The company’s list of investment services providers include CySEC-licensed Leadcapital Markets Ltd, which operates TRADE.com and Finexo.com brands.
Trade Capital Holding also owns Livemarkets Ltd, an FCA-regulated FX and CFDs broker in the United Kingdom, and Finq.com which is licensed in Seychelles.
In her new role, Peratitis will be based out of the group’s Cyprus office, and she begins immediately. She will be tasked with ensuring adherence to the relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines by which the firm is bound. Given the increasingly global nature of the business and a regulatory landscape that is constantly evolving, this is a greater challenge now than ever before.
