Tradable, developer of the new ‘apps’ based trading platform with the same name has announced the hiring of Janno Teelem as its new Chief Product Officer. Before arriving at tradable, Teelem had been an early employee at Skype, where he led the development team to create the first Mac version of the program. From 2004 until leaving Skype in 2012, Teelem was involves in Mac and Apple related Skype products. According to tradable, As CPO, “Janno Teelem will focus on evolving the tradable platform as well as building and executing the product roadmap, providing value and enabling new opportunities for traders, brokers and third party developers”.
When writing about tradable’s launch earlier this year, in the article’s comments, company represtatives answered reader questions in relation to upcoming web based and mobile products, stating that they were in development. Our assumption is that with Teelem’s experience in helping create cross platform software for Skype, he is arriving at tradable to provide them help in launching similar cross platform and operating system applications.
