Match-Trade Technologies, a provider of foreign exchange (forex) and cryptocurrency technology, announced this Tuesday that it has moved its European headquarters to a larger building in Warsaw, the capital city of Poland.
As demand increases for the company’s turnkey forex white label platforms and cryptocurrency solutions for brokers, the company has had to expand its operations by moving to a larger office, the statement said.
The new office is located on the fifth floor at Królewska 18 street in the business center of Warsaw. The new office will be able to support the firm’s growing IT, client support, and business advisory teams, according to the company.
As part of the company’s expansion efforts, it has appointed Piotr Łągiewski as the Head of Product Development. Joining the US-headquartered firm in May, Łągiewski was previously employed at X-Trade Brokers (XTB).
While at XTB, Łągiewski helped to create and develop a number of products for the forex industry. This includes xStation, a web-based trading platform, CRM, and client office.

In his new position, Łągiewski will be responsible for laying out the direction of Match-Trade’s product development. He will also lead the launch of a new solution which will be offered by the company later this year.
Match-Trade Technologies Launches New Website
Not only has the company moved to a new office, but it has also launched a new website. The website features a new design for the company as well as a new structure for brokers to access the technology provider’s solutions.
This is not the first time the company has needed to expand its operations in Warsaw. As Finance Magnates reported last year, the California-headquartered company expanded its operations in Warsaw due to growing demand in Asia and Europe.
Commenting on the expansion, Michael Karczewski, Head of Business Operations at Match-Trade Technologies said: “As a global company, we work with clients around the world, and we have offices in Asia and the United States of America.”
“Right now, we are establishing a local representation for the MENA zone countries. Warsaw is a perfect location in the center of Europe and Poland with rapidly growing FinTech industry is attracting high-class IT experts.”
