London Capital Group Holdings Adds Two Financial Industry Professionals to Its Board
London Capital Group Holdings PLC added two non-executive directors to its board on Tuesday, including a former head of compliance

According to a regulatory filing by London Capital Group Holdings Plc (LON:LCG), the company, led by Executive Chairman Charles-Henri Sabet, has appointed a pair of new non-executive directors to its board, boasting experience in the financial services industry.
Mrs. Fuller will be the company’s senior independent non-executive director.

Rebecca Fuller is the first new addition, currently also serving as a non-executive director on multilateral trading facility BATS Trading Limited (BATS Europe). She was also general counsel and head of compliance at Citadel Investment Group in Europe and director of Citadel Securities (Europe) Ltd.
