Lisa Murphy Hired as COO of Quantic Prime at AFX Markets
- The industry veteran is joining Quantic to improve operational workflows and trading tech.

Quantic Prime, the prime of prime broking unit of AFX Markets, has on-boarded Lisa Murphy as COO. Mrs. Murphy comes with substantial experience in the industry after spending over 15 years in foreign exchange trading. She joined AFX last month.
Before joining Quantic Prime, the new COO of the company spent several years at FXCM and Alpari. While at FXCM, Mrs. Murphy led retail unit operations before becoming Head of Operations of FXCM PRO in 2005.
She left the company in 2010 to join Alpari UK as Institutional Operations Manager, a position she held until April 2014. After working for another 9 months at Alpari UK, she joined TradAir as an account manager.
After a year of working as an independent consultant, she lands at AFX’ Quantic Prime unit to take charge of operational workflows and the continued development of trading technology.
The Quantic asset management unit of AFX Group has been leveraging the company’s expertise in trading to deliver a prime of prime solution to the market. The solid balance sheet of the company has been at the core of the FCA-regulated offering of the firm.
