Leverate’s Former VP of Sales, Yosef Kaplan, Moves to Cloud Computing
- After spending the past 20 years in the financial industry, the industry veteran is moving into the cloud computing business

The former VP of Sales of Leverate held his position for just over two years during which he led a period of strong growth in sales for the company.
Prior to that he held a variety of positions at Thomson Reuters Israel, including in the company’s business development unit, where he negotiated with investment management firms, hedge funds, algorithmic trading companies and FX trading desks.
The move comes after a couple of major executive moves announced at Leverate in recent months. After spending the past 4 years at Playtech, Leverate appointed a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Kobi Gur, in March.
Following the move, the firm also announced a major hire in its Business Development division by bringing onboard industry veteran, Avishai Ben-Tovim.
Earlier this year, the company’s co-founder and former CEO Ran Strauss left his active role to become a non-executive board member after seven years of day to day management of the company’s operations.
