Paul Spillman Joins Integral as Director of Sales

In a LinkedIn post, Paul Spillman confirmed that he is starting as the new Director of Sales at Integral, which is one of the biggest technology firms in the FX market.

In his new post, Spillman will play an important role in Integral’s global expansion. Previously, the new Director of Sales at Integral spent more than two years at TradAir. Prior to joining TradAir, he worked with ITI Capital and Barclays Wealth Management.

Mette Skou Becomes Global Head of Business Partnering at Saxo Bank

Saxo Bank has promoted Mette Skou to the position of Global Head of Business Partnering.

In her recent role, Skou was working as an HR Business Partner and Global Head of Employee Relations at Saxo Bank. In the mentioned role, she served the firm for more than eight years. In total, the newly appointed Global Head of Business Partnering worked for approximately 14 years at Saxo Bank.

She served in a wide range of roles at Saxo, including as HR Legal Manager. Additionally, Skou is planning to facilitate the company’s expansion.

Glen Hastings Joins IG Group as Institutional Sales Manager

Glen Hastings has now joined IG Group as the company’s Institutional Sales Manager.

Hastings announced on LinkedIn that he had joined IG Group in August. In the new role, he will play an important role in the expansion of IG’s business development and sales activities.

Hastings has a strong presence in the financial services industry. Before joining IG Group as the Institutional Sales Manager, Hastings worked with some of the prominent names in the FX market.

JP Morgan Chase Promotes Inge Grobbelaar to Vice President

Finance Magnates has recently identified that Inge Grobbelaar was promoted by JP Morgan Chase & Co as the Vice President in London from to an update via Linkedin yesterday.

Previous to this, Grobbelaar was serving JP Morgan Chase for almost five and a half years. Her most recent position was Vice President in Hong Kong SAR where she was in charge of Equity and Cross Asset Structured Products, Corporate Derivative Margin Loans and OTC Equity Derivatives Client Services. She also fulfilled two other positions for the firm, consisting of Assistant Vice President of Equity Derivatives, Associate of Equity Derivatives and Analyst of Equity Derivatives.

Ronni Bollerup Butler Becomes Head of Electronic Trading at Saxo Bank

In an official post on LinkedIn, Ronni Bollerup Butler announced his new position as Head of Electronic Trading and Trading Services at Saxo Bank.

Before being elevated to his new role, Butler served as the Head of Futures and Options at Saxo Bank. He has deep expertise in global financial markets.

Also, Butler completed his MSc in Accounting and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. He completed his bachelor’s from Syddansk Universitet (University of Southern Denmark).

XTB’s Sánchez-Matamoros Joins Admiral Markets as Spain’s Country Manager

Francisco Sánchez-Matamoros has joined Admiral Markets Group as the Country Manager in Spain.

Sánchez-Matamoros announced the appointment as the leader of Admiral Markets Group’s country office in Spain, on Linkedin.

Further, he spent seven years and eight months at XTB, first kicking off his career as a Junior Sales Executive in January 2013.

UK FCA Appoints Home Office's Director to Lead Its Global Strategy

The United Kingdom’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has named Ruairi O’Connell as its new Director of International.

On Friday, the UK financial industry watchdog announced the selection of O'Connell, a holder of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) medal.

The new appointment is a continuation of the FCA’s recent efforts to increase its headcount to meet its Our Strategy 2022-2025 plan launched earlier in April.
