GCEX Appoints Søren Bjerregaard as Its Sales Director

GCEX, a digital asset and currencies technology platform for institutional and professional clients, has appointed Søren Bjerregaard as its Sales Director, the company announced via LinkedIn.

According to the LinkedIn post, Bjerregaard is available for existing and potential clients to discuss the company’s product offering. Søren Bjerregaard Joins GCEX from CFH Clearing

Bjerregaard has been working in the forex and brokerage industry for more than two decades. According to his LinkedIn profile, he joined Saxo Bank, a multi-asset broker based in Denmark in October 1999.

Here he worked for almost a decade and was based in Copenhagen, Denmark. According to his profile, his most recent role was Managing Director, Head of Active Advisory at the Danish firm.

In November 2008, Bjerregaard left Saxo Bank and one month later he became a Senior FX Trader, working in FX portfolio management. After a short 7 month stint, he then ended up as a Director at CFH Clearing Limited.

Based in the United Kingdom, Bjerregaard worked for the Prime Brokerage solutions provider for more than 11 years, leaving the company owned by Playtech Plc in August of 2020 to take on his most recent endeavour with GCEX.
