GAIN Capital, a US-based provider of online trading services, announced this Thursday through a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that Jason Granite, a member of the Board of Directors has resigned.
According to the filing, Granite notified the company on Tuesday, April 2 that he was resigning effective immediately. The filing does not specify why Granite has left the firm nor who will replace him.
“The Company will separately announce the appointment of Mr. Granite's replacement if any, once that person has been selected and approved by the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board,” the filing said.
