Fintech Firm EBANX Appoints Paula Bellizia to Lead Global Payments

Latin America’s leading payments platform, EBANX has recently named Paula Bellizia, the former Vice President of Marketing for Latin America at Google, as the company’s new President of Global Payments.

With nearly three decades of experience, Bellizia will accelerate the expansion of EBANX’s global payment services. In addition, she will coordinate with the Sales, Marketing and Operations team of EBANX to enhance the company’s presence across different regions.

In her extensive career, Bellizia worked with some of the world’s leading organizations, including Apple, Google, Facebook and Microsoft. During her time at Microsoft, she held different roles including President of Microsoft Brazil and Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations for Latin America.

Rapid Growth

The Latin American financial technology platform has seen rapid growth and expansion in the last 12 months. EBANX’s recent activities include the opening of an office in Mexico and the acquisition of Brazilian fintech platforms. In June 2021, EBANX secured $430 million worth of investment to expand its operations in Latin America.
