In the latest role, Maxumova will be responsible for strengthening Exness’ technology divisions. She will oversee a number of technology teams, including Partnership Product, Partnership Digital Affiliates, Partnership Introducing Brokers, Partnership Platform, Digital Marketing Technologies, and In-house Anti-fraud.

“I am absolutely delighted to be returning to Exness,” said Maxumova. “It’s like reuniting with old friends, but with the added bonus of meeting and working with new professionals and exciting challenges.”

Initially, Maxumova joined Exness in July 2013 as a Project Manager and was promoted a few times. While previously parting from the company at the end of 2020, she was a Product Manager.

In between her two tenures at Exness, she became the Head of Product at Cyprus-based ArmenoTech, an IT consultation company. Before entering the trading industry, she started her career in another Cypriot IT consulting company.

“Over the seven years, I worked with Exness, I witnessed the company’s tremendous growth, and now, with its expanding horizons, I am thrilled to be part of its efforts to conquer new milestones. With the support of such a talented team and the company’s culture of innovation, I am eager to contribute to Exness’ vision and help drive it forward,” added Maxumova.

Changes in Management

On top of that, Exness changed the role of a few executives recently. It moved Damian Bunce from the position of Chief Trading Officer to Chief Customer Officer, promoted Elena Krutova to Chief Administrative Officer, and Alina Kamalova to Head of Marketing Strategy & Transformation.

The broker is restructuring its leadership when demand for its services is skyrocketing. The trading platform ended March with a record monthly trading volume of $3.88 trillion, which is an increase of 27 percent from the previous month. Furthermore, the number of active traders on the platform hit a record at 491,064.
