Broadridge Financial Solutions, a prominent international financial technology firm, announced the appointment of Dipti Kachru, the former CMO at JPMorgan’s Wealth Management division, today as the company's new global Chief Marketing Officer.

Dipti’s appointment will take effect from 18 January 2022. As the global Chief Marketing Officer, she will take care of the company's overall marketing strategy, including its branding, product positioning, lead generation and thought leadership. Broadridge aims to take advantage of Dipti’s extensive experience in the global financial sector to enhance its client relationships.

The newly selected global CMO previously worked for leading financial institutions, like JPMorgan and OppenheimerFunds (now Invesco). During her time at OppenheimerFunds (Invesco), she worked in different positions including Assistant Vice President of Consumer Marketing.

Dipti will be reporting to Chris Perry. Additionally, the newly appointed global CMO of Broadridge will be a part of the company’s Executive Leadership team. She will be based in New York.

After receiving her Master's degree of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, Dipti worked in the global corporate sector with different prominent organizations and acquired key skills related to consumer and wholesale marketing.
