TradeLocker has appointed Tim Grant as chairman, formalising his oversight of the trading technology provider while he continues to serve as chief executive of investment and operating company Deus X Capital.
The appointment does not replace TradeLocker CEO Dom Bradley, who remains responsible for running the company, though Grant's responsibilities as chairman are not disclosed.
Dom Bradley Remains TradeLocker CEO
Bradley took over as TradeLocker CEO in July 2025. Before joining the Deus X ecosystem, he spent more than six years in senior technology roles at IG Group. He later became chief technology officer of Deus X Markets, the group’s brokerage technology business.
When announcing Bradley’s appointment, Grant said he would “take the helm” of TradeLocker and lead its next phase. The addition of a chairman therefore creates a separate board-level role without changing the company’s operational leadership.
TradeLocker provides trading technology to online brokers and proprietary trading firms. Its platform combines charting, order execution and risk-management tools, while its white-label infrastructure allows brokers and prop firms to offer the software under their own brands.

One of Several Deus X Positions
Grant continues to serve as CEO of Deus X Capital, an investment and operating group active across fintech, brokerage infrastructure and digital assets.
TradeLocker forms part of a portfolio that also includes payments, liquidity, prime brokerage and AI infrastructure businesses. His other current positions include Executive Chairman at TensorX and Cor Prime.
He has also held chairmanships at Deus X Pay, Deus X Markets, Solstice, Alpha Lab 40 and APEXE3.
The combination shows how Grant operates across the group: as chief executive of the parent investment company and in varying leadership roles within individual portfolio businesses.
Finance Magnates previously reported that Grant became chairman of Deus X Pay following its relaunch as an institutional stablecoin payments provider.
He also chaired Deus X Markets when the brokerage technology venture launched in 2025. Before Deus X Capital, Grant held senior roles spanning traditional and digital-market infrastructure. These included managing director positions at UBS, leadership of R3’s Lab and Research Centre, and Head of Business at SIX Digital Exchange.
