Dash Financial Technologies, a trading technology provider for institutional entities, has announced it has hired Sarah Hall as Director of Human Resources. Ms. Hall will now assume responsibility for the firm’s human capital investment, employee relations, and talent management programs on a global scale.
Ms. Hall joins Dash with previous experience in a similar role at Aden and Anais, a provider of consumer goods, where she had served as the Global Human Resources Director. She started out as a Human Resources Manager at Skywalk Group, a service company that focuses on human resources management and organization and leadership development. Ms. Hall is Dash’s third recent executive appointment in the last two months, following Ari House and Robert Boylan’s senior hires.

Ms. Hall has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate from Northeastern Illinois University, and has written on various human resources-related topics such as office politics.
