Credit Suisse Picks Dixit Joshi as CFO

In a LinkedIn post on 22 August, Dixit Joshi, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, confirmed that he has joined Credit Suisse, one of the leading global financial services providers, as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.

Joshi joins Credit Suisse from Deutsche Bank where he worked for more than 11 years. In his recent role, Joshi was working as the Group Treasurer at Deutsche Bank. He spent more than five years in the mentioned role.

“Delighted to rejoin Credit Suisse where I spent some of my early formative years. I am humbled to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer, joining the Executive Board. Looking forward to starting this journey later this year and working closely with the management team,” Joshi noted in a post.

“I would like to thank the Deutsche Bank Board and teams for their support over the past 12 years - especially grateful to James von Moltke, Christian Sewing, John Cryan, the late Anshu Jain and Garth Ritchie for the many opportunities provided. It has been a pleasure and honor working with so many talented, dedicated people around the world and across businesses,” he added.

In the past few months, Credit Suisse has expanded its team significantly. Last month, the Swiss giant named Ulrich Körner as the Chief Executive Officer.

In addition to the appointment of Joshi, Credit Suisse confirmed the appointment of Francesca McDonagh as the Chief Operating Officer of the company to accelerate its expansion.
