Capital.com Picks Laura Lin as Australia CEO

The broker commenced its Australian operations with an ASIC license earlier this month.

Capital.com announced on Thursday the appointment of Laura Lin as the Chief Executive Officer of its Australia business. She already joined the broker in August.

Her appointment came at a time when the London-headquartered company is aggressively expanding its global presence, especially in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, the Australian operation of the retail broker is new as it was only launched earlier this month.

Capital Com’s breakthrough and success in bringing better platforms and services to traders globally are what drew me to join the company,” Lin told Finance Magnates. “I am very honored to take on this appointment and extremely excited to grow our Australian presence.”

An Expert in the Aussie Retail Markets

Lin has spent years in several other trading companies and is an expert in the industry. She brought over eleven years of experience in operations, compliance management and corporate growth to her new role at Capital.com.
