ATFX Names Ergin Erdemir as its UK Head of Marketing Management

ATFX, a forex and contracts for difference (CFD) broker, announced today that it has appointed Ergin Erdemir, a marketing professional for more than seven years, to Head of Marketing Management for its operations in the United Kingdom.

In his new role, Erdemir will run the FCA-regulated firm’s UK and European marketing channels. To do this he will oversee the company’s marketing strategies for both regions. Erdermir’s career before ATFX

Erdemir has worked at a number of companies in marketing positions. Prior to working at GKFX, he was at Comply Advantage, a company that helps firms with compliance related issues. At the company, Erdemir was the digital marketing manager from November 2015 until November 2016. Among his responsibilities were Google Adwords, Google Analytics Analytics Analytics may be defined as the detection, analysis, and relay of consequential patterns in data. In the trading space, analytics are applied in a predictive manner in an attempt to more accurately forecast the price. For 9 months, Erdemir was the Head of Marketing at BetFect.com. In this role, he focused on market research, competitor analysis, social media content strategies and digital marketing strategies. One of his key achievements at the firm was generating 3,000 signups and more than 100,000 visitors in eight months organically.

Over the past eight years, Erdemir has also worked in marketing roles at Strike-Jobs.co.uk and Postmarketing. In 2004, he actually kick-started his career in financial assets consulting for the forex markets.

Between 2000 until 2006 Erdermir attended Bahcesehir University in Turkey where he graduated with a Masters of Science focusing on Economics. He then went on to achieve a Masters in Marketing Management, graduating from Middlesex University in 2009.
