The Financial Commission announced today its welcome of Alexey Kutsenko, the CEO of Tools For Brokers Inc., as the latest addition to the commission's Dispute Resolution Committee.

Mr. Kutsenko was educated in the fields of physics and mathematics and has many years of software development experience.
