Integral Development Corp., the FX market platform developer, announced today that Richard K. Farrell has joined the firm as Managing Director, Business Development/Sales. Mr. Farrell will be reporting to Harpal Sandhu, CEO, and Jon Barker, Global Head of Sales, and is a member of the firm’s executive team. Based out of New York, Mr. Farrell will oversee efforts to expand Integral’s offerings into additional customer segments and business models.
Mr. Sandhu, CEO said at the announcement: “From the moment Rich and I sat down to talk about how to best serve customers in the FX market, I knew he would be an excellent addition to our executive team. Richard Farrell commented: “While I was familiar with Integral’s general success in the market, the chance to create significant opportunity for customers became immediately clear when I met with the team and realized the potential of FX Grid. Mr. Farrell comes to Integral from State Street Global Markets/Currenex where he was Senior Managing Director, Head of Global Sales for E Exchange. Before that, he worked at Moody’s KMV (analytics and research products) where as Managing Director, Head of Global Sales and Marketing, he forged a new cultural identity out of multiple recent acquisitions. He also worked at Reuters Americas where as Senior Vice President Major Accounts, he built a beachhead business around “open systems”. Farrell holds a BA in Economics from the City University of New York at Brooklyn College, Brooklyn, NY.
