Jason Gibson Joins Tradenext as Head of Trading

  • FCA regulated forex broker Tradenext appoints Jason Gibson as Head of Trading, a senior management position in which Mr Gibson will be responsible for the managing company's institutional product range.

Jason Gibson has joined FCA regulated broker Tradenext in the capacity of Head of Trading. Prior to his appointment at TradeNext, Mr Gibson brings 20 years of industry experience, having held senior positions at several financial services firms, brokerages and banks including; Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander, Royal Bank of Scotland as well as others.

Mr Gibson will oversee the day-to-day execution of Tradenext’s dealing and Risk Management operations strategy as well as build on existing strategies to optimise performance. He will serve as a member of the firm's executive management team, reporting to Mohsin Jameel, Tradenext’s chief executive officer and have direct responsibility for the firm's trading operations.

Speaking on behalf of the company, Mr Jameel explained "We are keen to explore ways that strengthen our senior leadership management.

"Jason brings to Tradenext rich executive experience, deep financial services knowledge and a proven ability to deliver innovative products and services. I am confident he will play a significant role in driving the business to new heights”.

Mr Gibson will also be managing Tradenext’s institutional product range, Tradenext Prime, which offers; API, Liquidity and Prime of Prime (PoP) solutions for financial brokerages, hedge funds and professional trading firms.
