According to his LinkedIn profile, Kapliński has been associated with several well-known brands in the retail brokerage industry. He began his FX/CFD market journey at Markets.com and IronFX. He also spent several years with the Polish branch of the broker XTB as a Specialist in the Operational Support Department and then as a Trader at the Polish brokerage house Noble Securities.

Before joining Match-Trade, he worked as an FX Hunter at Raiffeisen Solutions. Kapliński announced his new role as Dealing Team Leader at Match-Trade Technologies on his LinkedIn profile.
