Exness Alum Mateusz Wyka Becomes CEO of Online Trading Firm YWO

Mateusz Wyka, the former Senior Trading Operations Manager in Trading Operations at Exness, stepped into a new role as the Chief executive Officer (CEO) of online trading broker YWO. More recently, Wyka was the Group Head of Operations at Limassol-based firm Scale Final.

New CEO Appointed As The Firm Eyes Expansion

According to the company profile, Scale Final is a software and marketing company that builds tools and services for performance-focused marketers, including a SaaS tracking platform, CRM systems for managing social network workflows, and a mass marketing service covering channels like SEO, affiliate marketing, and email.

"We aren’t just here to participate in the market, we are here to challenge it. My focus now shifts entirely to building, scaling, and driving real, tangible impact, not just for our shareholders, but for every trader and partner who relies on our infrastructure," Wyka posted. "We have some ambitious targets for 2026. The foundation is set. Now, we build on it."

He has nearly four years of experience from Exness. He joined the multi-asset broker as Senior Project Manager in COO office. He also worked as Senior Project Manager, Team Leader in COO Offfice before his promotion to Senior Trading Operations Manager in Trading Operations.

Experience From Credit Suisse And EY

According to the information from its website YWO holds multiple trading licenses. It lists Mauritius’ Financial Services Authority (FSC), Mwali International Services Authority (MISA), and South Africa’s Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) as some of its regulators.

Outside the trading industry, Wyka had a slightly over three-year stint at Credit Suisse as Project Manager in Global Process Advisory and Transformation and multiple other roles at accounting giant EY, including Senior Process Consultant and Developer in Robotic Process Automation, Senior Quality Analyst in Service Excellence, and Account Associate in General Ledger.
