Thoma joined the firm from CPT Markets, where she was the Senior Back Office Manager and later the Head of Back Office. Prior to that, she held key operational roles at Exinity and Skilling, gaining expertise in brokerage infrastructure and client management.
XValley Technologies specializes in developing proprietary trading solutions that integrate various trading components into a unified platform. According to the firm’s profile, this includes a matching and pricing engine and CRM tools.
The company, led by founder and CEO Andreas Livadiotis, offers a liquidity bridge, mobile trading applications, and a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Meanwhile, CPT Markets boosted its European presence last year with the inauguration of a new office in Larnaca, Cyprus, marking the firm's first physical presence within the European Union.
The forex and contracts for differences broker also named Razvan Rotaru the new Head of Institutional Sales. With extensive experience in institutional and retail sales within the financial industry, Rotaru brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. He previously served on the institutional and retail sales team at INFINOX Capital.
In another executive move within the FX and CFD industry, Tickmill brought Erhan Beyaz as the new Head of Data and Analytics. Erhan Beyaz's appointment occurs as the company broadens its presence across various jurisdictions, with key markets including the UK, Cyprus, and the UAE.
SquaredFinancial also recently enlisted Marcos Tigsilema as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). He previously served as Regional Commercial Director for Latin America at Key To Markets. Tigsilema has more than ten years of experience in the financial markets, having worked at major brokerage firms, including ATFX, BP Prime, OANDA, and Alpari.
