Eventus Appoints Jeff Bolke as Chief Revenue Officer

Shortly after Bitbuy received its regulations as a marketplace and restricted dealer using Eventus Systems Inc. for trade surveillance, Eventus appointed a new Chief Revenue Officer (OCR), Jeff Bolke.

Bolke had served as the Executive Vice President of Sales of Planview Inc. since 2017. Bolke contributed to the the company's success until it was sold to TPG and TA Partners in November 2020.

The CEO of Eventus, Travis Schwab said: "We've been growing at such a rapid pace over the past couple of years that this important new role is the natural next step in our expansion as we mature as an organization. Jeff has extensive experience in helping software firms at our stage scale globally and realize their potential, and his technology and engineering expertise will be a great asset."

Bolke said: "Eventus has achieved a tremendous amount in a short period of time, with a growing number of marquee clients across every asset class and type of market participant. We will continue to expand in a thoughtful, intelligent way – with the right people, discipline and processes to ensure we're building even deeper relationships with our clients and playing an ever-larger role in meeting the evolving regulatory and compliance challenges they face."

Eventus specializes in trade surveillance and risk solutions. In September 2021 Eventus Systems Inc. secured $30 million in a Series B funding round. In 2022, the firm is prepared to enter new geographical regions. CMT Digital and Jump Capital participated in the funding.

TRM Labs and Notabene joined forces with Eventus to create 'Protect TEN'. Project is an all-in-one solution for cryptocurrency anti-money laundering (AML ), trade surveillance and Travel Rule compliance for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs).

Eventus won 10 awards in 2021 including the RegTech Insight Award APAC for Best Trade Surveillance Solution.

Furthermore, FTX US is using the services of Eventus Systems Inc. for risk and trade surveillance. Eventus is currently serving over 10,000 customers in over 130 countries.
