Giuseppe Giuliani has started a new position as the Senior
Managing Director, Global Head of Exchange at Crypto.com. Based in Dubai,
Giuliani has been with the exchange since 2022 when he joined as a Managing
Director.
Extensive Experience with Crypto Exchanges
According to his LinkedIn profile, Giuliani has an extensive
experience working with crypto exchanges. Previously, he dedicated nearly four
years working in various roles with Kraken Digital Asset Exchange. He joined
the company as a Senior Account Manager in 2018, later serving as the Global
Head of Sales and as the Global Head of Institutional Relationships and
Services in 2021.
Previously speaking about his appointment at Crypto.com,

Background in the FX Space
In the early years of his career, Giuliani gained some
experience in the retail forex space. He served as the Head of the Italian
desk/Institutional FX Sales at Swissquote/ACM Advanced Currency Markets. He
also served as the Head of Latam and Southern Europe Institutional Sales.
Meanwhile, in another major executive move at Kraken, the
exchange appointed Stephanie Lemmerman as its new Chief Financial Officer last
year. Lemmerman, who has a background in fintech and crypto, will step into the
new role at a time when the exchange aims to deepen its presence in the crypto
and financial sectors.
