Cboe Has Appointed Nigel Jeyakumar as Its New Director of EMEA Sales

Cboe has appointed Nigel Jeyakumar as its new Director of EMEA sales. Nigel Jeyakumar will be located in London to lead the sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Jeyakumar will focus on market data, indices and analytics. All reports will be made to Bo Chung, the Senior Vice-President in global sales and index licensing.

Jeyakumar joins CBOE from CME Group. He was a senior associate in sales at CME as well as a senior analyst in market development. Jeyakumar also worked as a corporate actions analyst at UBS Global Asset Management and corporate actions specialist at Morgan Stanley.

Cboe Chung said commented the following on Jeyakumar joining CBOE: "Nigel’s previous experiences to date make him an excellent candidate for this position, and I’m looking forward to seeing the positive impact I know he will have on the team."

Cboe Recent Appointments

Cboe has been making several changes within the company. Earlier in March Stephan Berte was appointed as President of Cboe’s BIDS Trading. The firm finalized its acquisition of BIDS Trading in December 2020.

David Howson has been promoted to the President of the company and Ade Cordell was promoted to the President of the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, Natan Tiefenbrun was appointed to be in charge of Europe.

Moreover, the company named Tim Lipscomb as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Stephanie Renner that acted as Cboe Europe CFO was promoted to a new role, SVP of International Finance.

Analysts are estimating Cboe Global Markets’ earnings for the current quarter to range between $386.54 million to $415.30 million.
