Her appointment follows another move from IG Group to OANDA. In December, OANDA appointed former IG Group risk executive Paweł Latocha as Head of Operational Risk for OANDA Group and added him to the management board of OANDA TMS.
Worked Across Investment Compliance Roles
Before joining IG Group, Jasica spent more than 10 years at State Street, holding several roles across investment compliance and operations.
Her longest senior role at the company was Global Head of Investment Compliance, which she held for three years and four months. The bank title for the position was Managing Director.

She also worked across compliance teams in several locations and was involved in technology migration and operating model projects.
Jasica previously served as Country Head of Investment Analytics at State Street for nearly three years. The role covered investment compliance, performance measurement, market data and securities lending.
Before that, she spent four years and three months as Senior Investment Compliance Manager and Deputy Head. Jasica also worked as a freelance Lecturer at the Institute of Banking for three years.
OANDA Management Shifts After FTMO Acquisition
Jasica's appointment comes alongside other changes among OANDA's senior management. In September, Darren Moffett, who had served as OANDA's global marketing chief for nearly five years, joined FXTM as Chief Marketing Officer.
The changes follow FTMO's acquisition of OANDA from CVC. Finance Magnates reported last month that FTMO paid more than CZK 8.79 billion, or about $422 million, for the broker. The deal closed in December after several months of preparations.
