Hugh Whelan, President of ACI UK Financial Markets Association and Head of Liquidity Management and Data Strategy at SGX FX, has been appointed Chair of the ACI FMA Foreign Exchange Committee.

ACI FMA also announced that Jon Healey will return as Vice Chair of the FXC. Healey had served as Interim Chair during the transition period.

Whelan has been President of ACI UK and has represented the association at industry events, including the Finance Magnates London Summit. He took part in FMLS:24, where Finance Magnates interviewed him about liquidity management, market structure and the association’s activities. ACI UK representatives have also participated in earlier editions of the summit.
