OKLink Launches Same-Day Delivery in Japan with 21 Banks
Same-day OKLink payments are now available for 21 banks including: Mizuho, Sumitomo Mitsui, Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and citibank.

OKLink, the blockchain-based global settlement platform, announced today that its service is now coming out of beta in Japan.
On this occasion, OKLink is also officially launching same-day transfer to Japanese banks. It reports that over the past three months the service helped over ten money transfer companies send funds to Japan as part of the beta stage.

Same-day OKLink payments are now available for 21 Japanese banks including at least three institutions known for their support for blockchain technology: Mizuho, Sumitomo Mitsui, and Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ as well as the local branches of citibank.
OKLink, which launched in August 2016, currently offers payouts to 40 countries across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and already has more than 100 partners on its network.
The firm recently announced the appointment of Mr. Mohit Davar as Strategic Advisor. Based in London and with frequent stints in Hong Kong, Mohit’s role will be to provide advice to OKLink’s fast-growing team on business strategy and global partnership, leveraging his extensive industry contacts and experience.
