The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), a financial regulator in the Canadian province, has issued a warning against Binary Investments Global Limited.

The unlicensed (London) UK-based firm is offering retail binary options trading with the use of three brands, under the website domains of: optionmint.com, optionqueen.com and binarypays.com.

The OSC is informing local residents that Binary Investments Global Limited is not registered in Ontario, Canada, and therefore is not allowed to engage in the business of trading in securities or advising anyone with respect to investing in, buying or selling securities according to the local law.

The domain of binarypays seems to be down already, but the site of optionmint still lists a Canadian phone number that might have drawn the ire of the local regulator.

The OSC routinely issues warnings about binary brands targeting Canadians without license to so.
