The IB Manager offers a suite of tools that support automated, and scalable IB operations.
FYNXT, a fintech company focused on next-generation CRM and IB management solutions for FX/CFD brokers, has successfully integrated its IB Manager platform into the technology ecosystem of Exinity, a global leader in online trading.
The project also involved a full migration of Exinity’s IB-related data and trading records. The migration, executed in multiple milestones, was completed without disruption or downtime, ensuring full business continuity throughout the transition.
Exinity operates internationally recognized brands, including FXTM, NEMO & Connect, and serves millions of retail traders worldwide. With this integration, Exinity aims to enhance its Introducing Broker (IB) management operations by improving automation, transparency, and scalability as well as utilizing a multi-level commission structure and region-specific configuration.
“We’re continuously evolving our technology stack to support scalable and compliant growth,” said Mukesh Kachroo, Group Chief Information Officer at Exinity. “The FYNXT IB Manager allows us to improve flexibility in managing multi-tier IB structures while maintaining a seamless flow of data across our existing systems. The success of this integration is a testament to thoughtful execution and strong collaboration between our teams.”
Seamless Integration with Strategic Flexibility
“The FYNXT IB Manager allows world-class FX/CFD brokers like Exinity to scale up smarter and faster,” said Aeby Samuel, CEO and Founder of FYNXT. “Our technology was designed to support seamless transitions, even during complex data migrations.”
Fast, Disruption-Free Migration
The migration process, including IBs, sub-IBs, and client data, was completed in under two weeks. Planning and execution focused on maintaining data integrity, regulatory compliance, and business continuity, addressing one of the industry's biggest concerns: safe, disruption-free transitions.
Driving Operational Efficiency
As with all FYNXT’s modules, the IB Manager offers a suite of tools that support efficient, automated, and scalable IB operations, from custom referral link generation to performance analytics and marketing enablement.
This streamlining of tasks not only reduces manual workload but also ensures faster partner onboarding, real-time visibility into IB activity, and seamless integration with CRM and trading platforms—allowing brokers to focus more on growth and relationship-building.
