Whilst IB clients will continue to benefit from IB’s direct market access to stocks, options, futures, forex, bonds and funds, the addition of ExStream intends to enable a level of algorithmic price discovery, options execution management, smart hedge, spread trading and portfolio risk management previously enjoyed solely by larger trading desks and financial institutions.
Rob Prior, CEO of Actant Inc, said, “Our ExStream product delivers an algorithmic trading capability we believe is unrivalled. Users will enjoy the benefits of developing their own trading strategies in real-time, with the flexibility to quickly modify a strategy to take advantage of changing market trends, all without compromising on performance or safety”.
