Similar to the previous Finance Magnates weekly polls, this one is taking a burning question making rounds all over.

Social media has become an integral part of everyone's lives, let it be someone in the entertainment industry or finance. There is only a few forms of major social media now, and the competition in the space is fierce. After the popularity of short TikTok clips, Facebook and Instagram (both owned by Meta) quickly launched Reels. The success of Club House has pushed X (previously Twitter) to introduce Spaces.

Still, the major social media platforms operated in their unique way, catering to a particular set of audiences. This line was recently blurred as Meta launched Threads, a look-a-like platform of Elon Musk-owned X.

Threads added a million users in an hour, the fastest for any platform on the internet, and now has about 118 million users. The launch of the platform was also well-timed when reports of clashes in X were coming out.

However, Musk recently made a bold move to rebrand the famous Twitter brand to X.

So Finance Magnates, with its latest poll, wants to know the opinion of the financial services industry on the ongoing social media platforms' war.

The Industry's Opinion

The last weekly poll by Finance Magnates sought people's views on the future and how crypto fits into the gaming industry. Interestingly there was a tie between cross-platform compatibility and increased adoption.
