Gold-i announced that it has attained Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Status from the software company. The Gold status is Microsoft’s highest accreditation level provided to technology vendors who develop and support products using Microsoft technology as their main development platform.

For technology vendor clients, the accreditation reflects that the partner has passed Microsoft’s testing process for proficiency in expertise of their technology and ability to provide ongoing support to customers. Support capabilities include data management, software development and application development.

In their prepared statement of the news, Tom Higgins, CEO of Gold-i, commented, “The process was very rigorous, involving a thorough assessment of our software, processes and customer service. Clients provided detailed feedback about working with us and we also provided Microsoft with all the data from our 2014 client satisfaction survey.”

In terms of benefits that the Gold status will provide to customers, a representative from Gold-i explained to Forex Magnates, “One of the biggest benefits to Gold-i through this accreditation is that the company is given early access to new Microsoft software as well as access to the full range of Microsoft solutions.” The representative added that the early access provides Gold-i the ability to create products using Microsoft’s most up-to-date development environment enabling the firm to “build richer, deeper functionality applications, which clients will benefit from.”
