Compagnie Financière Tradition (CFT), an inter-dealer broker and operator of a Japanese retail forex trading platform Gaitame, reported an 11.8% increase in first-quarter revenue at constant exchange rates, reaching CHF 322.0 million (USD 354 million). This growth extends the company’s multi-year positive revenue trend.

The group’s core interdealer broking business (IDB) saw its revenue rise by 10.1% at constant exchange rates to CHF 309.5 million (USD 340.5 million). Meanwhile, activity from retail investors (non-IDB) delivered the sharpest increase, with revenue up 77.6% at constant exchange rates to CHF 12.5 million (USD 13.8 million).
