Forex Magnates' reporters have learned about a big acquisition deal in the “lottery messenger” industry, which we introduced to our readers earlier this summer. One of the first white label platform providers in the industry, LottoYard, purchased LotteryMaster.com. The company has been acquired for an undisclosed sum.

The website LotteryMaster.com has been actively working on the market since 2010, which has resulted in a rather strong brand. At the same time, according to information exclusively obtained by Forex Magnates, the firm has spent close to $5 million since launching in 2010 and possesses its own technological solution.

Aside from acquiring know-how, by being among the early entrants into the new industry four years ago, the company possesses a valuable list of clients. LottoYard has several White Labels connected to the company’s platform and its own label – IceLotto.

The firm has already started supplying B2B services to the new lottery messenger industry, with 5 active white labels and another 4 in the process of signing up by the end of the year. According to exclusive information obtained by Forex Magnates, the firm has already outsourced a second team of developers outside of Israel and now has two teams working on new technology.
