Exclusive: Management Moves at JFD as the Group is to Spin-off ‎a Fintech Unit

The fintech unit of the company will be focusing on delivering to the market robo-advisory related solutions.

The former Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the JFD group, Lars Gottwik, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and will spearhead JFD Brokers focusing on the deployment of Guidants, a powerful web based trading terminal now addressing the German speaking markets.

The move is aiming to speed up the development of JFD’s different subsidiaries and initiatives while improving efficiency by splitting Tabet’s and Gottwik’s main responsibilities and focuses.

A spokesperson for the company stated to Finance Magnates: “The duo of partners at JFD will continue working closely together to further support the development of the Group, aiming to disrupt the industry by increasing the range and quality of premium services offered to its clients.”
