As the Forex Magnates' Tokyo Summit drew to a close this evening, delegates reflected on the second day of senior level dialog among the industry’s key professionals after having focused on the FX and binary options industry’s largest market.
The Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Japan’s capital city hosted over 700 executives from all aspects of the industry. The first panel of the day discussed recent regulatory changes in Japan and explored the unique conditions and challenges facing international and local firms. The participants at the event were honored with a keynote speech by Professor Eisuke Sakakibara, former Vice Minister of Finance. During the last panel event, brokers and vendors discussed the hottest trends of the present and the future in Japan. The culmination of the day’s events was the Forex Magnates Award Ceremony.
Mr. Masahito Ito, CEO, receiving the award behalf of YJFX
This year’s awards encompass ten categories, whereby each firm was subject to an assessment of a number of performance criteria in FX trading. In contrast to many other awards, Forex Magnates' Award winners were selected by the Summit’s attendees and not by any possibly biased selection committee, making the award a true badge of honor for financial trading firms, as the winners were chosen by their peers and competitors.
